PTR91 Inc. was my first stop at this year's SHOT Show. As the company name implies, it specializes in building HK91 style rifles. To build them, they purchased original tooling equipment from a licensed Heckler and Koch manufacturer from Portugal and moved manufacturing here in the good ol' U.S.A. They've done their homework and not only produce good products, but they've improved upon them. Although, they're relatively new to the firearms industry, they are adding awesome new products every year, and for this year's SHOT Show they've introduced the PTR-32 PDW pistol in 7.62x39mm caliber. The sample I inspected, looked very impressive indeed. The quality, finish and fit of this pistol is first rate. And according to one of their reps, they manufacture almost every part of it.
There's also talk of making it in 5.56x45mm in the near future. Anyways, the folks of PTR91 Inc. did a great job with this model and take a look at their prices! I just wish I could get my hands on one for a full review...
