This video shows parts of a mortar fin assembly being manufactured in the U.S. I'm assuming it's made for our troops and allies. If so, it's a hi-tech intensive process that requires a lot of robotics and CNC machining. I betcha it costs quite a bit compared to Chicom or Rusky versions...
